Creamy Rice with Shrimp

Em uma panela aquecida coloque o alho e a cebolo e deixe dourar, em seguida acrescente o tomate, o pimentão, o milho e a cenoura e deixe dourar acrescente os temperos de sua preferência, também o açafrão e o sal.
Acrescente o camarão já limpo e  pré cozido e também o arroz, depois coloque a maionese, o catchup, requeijão e o creme de leite.
Coloque o queijo mussarela e o coalho.
Mexa bem! Se precisar acrescente água, estará pronto quando estiver com a consistência bem cremosa.
