- Clean shrimp500 g
- Coconut milk250 ml
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Fresh coriander1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste

- Chopped Mozzarella100 g
- Quickly sauté the shrimp in the skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Reserve
- Sauté the chopped onion, chopped tomato, the chopped peppers until it starts to form a sauce.
- Add the cream and coconut milk.
- Add the prawns. Leave about 2 minutes to get the flavor.
- Gradually add the cream to the rice, the ham and the mozzarella until smooth and creamy.
