  • Chopped green yellow and red peppers1 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Tomatoes1 cup
  • Coriander and chives1 cup
  1. Hold each crab by its back, use a small bladed knife, insert it through the crab's mouth until you reach the end of the hull to kill the crab.
  2. After slaughtering the crab, use a knife to scrape all the hair off the crab's legs. Once you've scraped everything, use a small brush to brush the crab and remove any mud stuck to it.
  3. In a large pan that you know will give all the crabs and ingredients in the recipe, add the oil and heat with the onion and garlic, sauté and add the tomato, paprika, cilantro, chives, salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the crabs, and fill with water until the crabs are covered by the water, let it cook for 40 minutes when ready, turn off the heat. Serve alone or with rice.
