In a large pan, heat the butter and add the chopped onion.
As soon as the onion withers, put the garlic, crab meat, grated carrot, tomato and let it sauté well
Mix the breadcrumbs with the lemon juice and coconut milk and place in the pan to thicken
Add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the cream.
Distribute in the shells, sprinkle the grated coconut on the sides and the grated cheese in the center of each shell.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° and leave until browned.
