  • Shredded Siri500 g
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Coriander to taste
  • Coconut Milk4 tablespoon
  • Palm oil2 tablespoon
  • Yellow Pepper25 g
  • Red Pepper25 g
  • Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. In a pan or high skillet, sauté with olive oil in the following order: 1) Onion in brunoise 2) Red and yellow peppers, diced 3) Diced seedless tomato 4) Chopped garlic 5) Shredded crab
  2. After the stir-fry, add the tomato paste, coconut milk and palm oil. Cook over medium heat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture without liquids. Finish with cilantro to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes to brown.
