- Coriander40 g
- Water800 ml
- In the pan, add oil, heat and add the onion and garlic, browning and adding the palm oil, lemon juice, saffron, coriander and water.
- Stir over medium heat, letting it cook and then add the fish, already washed, treated and cut. Now stir more, cover and place on low heat for 25 minutes to fully cook. Then you can consume.
