- Take the fish, clean them, then wash them in running water with lemon, take a basin, mash the garlic, put the lemon and the fish and set aside.
- Put a pan on the fire, add the oil and the chopped spices, sauté, add the fish, put the paprika, salt to taste, stir, then add the water to cover and let it cook for 5 minutes and it's ready to serve.
