- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Three days before preparing the recipe - wash the slices well to remove excessive salt - place in a bowl, cover with water and some ice cubes and leave it in the fridge - change the water and ice twice a day.
- After 72 hours remove a splinter and taste it to make sure the excessive salt has been removed.
- Place the cod pieces in a refractory, spread the garlic, grind the pepper and cover with olive oil (you will need a liter to a liter and a half of olive oil).
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees to bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove and serve with grilled vegetables or white risotto or make sandwiches!
