Note: Leave the cod in the water overnight and change the water.
Take the onion and garlic to the low fire to sauté with sweet oil. Then add the saffron, cumin, paprika. Always stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan.
Put the potatoes, the chopped spices and the salted cod. Add salt to taste.
Stir well to mix the cod in the seasoning.
Add the boiled water which helps the food to cook faster.
Finally, put the green smell and let it cook, always keeping an eye on the water so it doesn't dry out too much.
Before turning off, add a drizzle of sweet olive oil and that's it.
