- Shredded and desalted cod500 g
- Potatoes cut into slices500 g
- cream300 g
- Milk1 cup
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Cook the potato slices quickly to the point that they do not fall apart. Reserve.
- Sauté the already desalted cod with olive oil, garlic and onion, add the milk and the bay leaf and let it boil for 3 minutes, add the pot of cream and let it cook until it thickens a little, adjust the salt (if necessary because the cod may have a bit of salt) and add the Parmesan half, black pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- Arrange the potatoes on a platter greased with olive oil, place the cod cream on top and finally sprinkle grated Parmesan to taste and bake until browned.
