- Cod Loin800 g
- Small Potatoes500 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Coriander2 tablespoon
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wash the potatoes well with the skin.
- Carefully make small cuts in the potatoes with the help of a knife.
- In a roast, take the potatoes to roast with a little salt sprinkled on top. Until they're baked.
- Peel the garlic and mash it using a food processor.
- Mix in the olive oil, the crushed garlic, the salt and the black pepper. Reserve.
