  • Cod Loin800 g
  • Small Potatoes500 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Coriander2 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash the potatoes well with the skin.
  2. Carefully make small cuts in the potatoes with the help of a knife.
  3. In a roast, take the potatoes to roast with a little salt sprinkled on top. Until they're baked.
  4. Peel the garlic and mash it using a food processor.
  5. Mix in the olive oil, the crushed garlic, the salt and the black pepper. Reserve.
  6. Check the potatoes until when they are roasted. Which will be when you can pierce the potato with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and knead with the help of the bruiser or punch, protecting your hand with a clean cloth.
  8. Place the cod and the potatoes in the roasting pan.
  9. Drizzle with the oil mixture. And bake until the cod is cooked and the potatoes are soft.
