Cod in garlic crust

Descasque os alhos e os piqué finamente.
Em seguida deixe marinar no azeite.


Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
Then let it marinate in olive oil.


Em um pirex coloque as postas de bacalhau jogando em alho triturado por cima, regue com o azeite abondantemente (cobrindo metade das postas), sobre aquelas coloque o pão ralado(farina de rosca) e sobre estas lascas de manteiga.
Leve ao forno pré aquecido por 40 minutos deixando o bacalhau cozer no azeite. Acompanha batata cozida e salada verde

In a pyrex, place the cod slices tossing in crushed garlic on top, drizzle with olive oil abundantly (covering half of the slices), place the breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs) on top of these slices of butter.
Place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, letting the cod cook in olive oil. Comes with boiled potatoes and green salad
