- Cod in chips | 600 g
- Potato | 5 unit(s)
- Onion | 2 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 1 cup
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Garlic | 3 unit(s)
- 180 degree oven
Desalt the cod, changing the water every 7 hours.
Cook the cod in water, drain, remove the skin and bones. Break it up into large chunks and set aside.
- Cut the onion into "half moon" slices and set aside.
Saute garlic in half of the oil. separate.
- In a pan, sauté the onion until it starts to brown, add the potato and the cod lacquers. Season with salt and pepper, add the sautéed garlic with the remaining oil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
