- Shredded cooked codfish500 g
- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Sour cream to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Garlic, onion, bell pepper and coriander to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Paprika, oregano, black pepper to taste
- With the shredded cod, sauté with olive oil, onion, garlic, peppers, coriander and seasonings to taste, sauté well and set aside.
- Make a puree with the potatoes, with the well-cooked potato mash and mix in cream and butter.
- Place the cod on a platter, place the puree on top, covering the whole cod, cover with mozzarella and oregano.
- Take it to the oven until golden.
- OBS: if you have an air fryer, you can also brown it, in my case I did it like this! I put it in separate portions and browned it in the air fryer. It was really good too!
