- Desalted codfish (cooked and shredded into chips)600 g
- Black olive100 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- cream cheese200 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Grated Mozzarella100 g
- Baked Potato800 g
- Boiled egg4 unit(s)
- Sliced onion for garnish to taste
- A pinch of nutmeg to taste
- Sauté the onion with plenty of olive oil, add the cod, cream and nutmeg. Reserve
- Mash the boiled potato with the cream, the cottage cheese and a little grated parmesan cheese
- On a platter greased with olive oil, add the mashed potatoes and cod
- Then put grated mozzarella, the boiled egg, olives, onion rings and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden
