  • Desalted codfish (cooked and shredded into chips)600 g
  • Black olive100 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • cream cheese200 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Grated Mozzarella100 g
  • Baked Potato800 g
  • Boiled egg4 unit(s)
  • Sliced onion for garnish to taste
  • A pinch of nutmeg to taste
  1. Sauté the onion with plenty of olive oil, add the cod, cream and nutmeg. Reserve
  2. Mash the boiled potato with the cream, the cottage cheese and a little grated parmesan cheese
  3. On a platter greased with olive oil, add the mashed potatoes and cod
  4. Then put grated mozzarella, the boiled egg, olives, onion rings and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden
  6. Enjoy!
