  • Cod in flakes and desalted500 g
  • Chopped olives1/2 cup
  • Potatoes1 kg
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Milk300 ml
  • Canned cream1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Mozzarella100 g
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into slices and pre-boil them. Don't let them get mushy! Run the water and book.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Leave until it starts to brown.
  3. Add the codfish, add the olives, a pinch of black pepper and sauté for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and add the green smell. Reserve.
  4. In the blender, beat the milk, cream, cottage cheese and grated cheese. Add a pinch of salt and nutmeg.
  5. In a refractory, pour a little cream and make a layer of potatoes.
  6. Cover with half of the cod.
  7. Add a little more cream, another layer of potatoes and the rest of the cod. Pour the rest of the cream.
  8. Cover with mozzarella and take to preheated oven at 200°, until golden.
