  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green smell or coriander to taste
  • Olive to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the fillet into strips and in a pan add a drizzle of olive oil, add salt to taste and let it fry a little
  2. Add water little by little and let it cook until it is at the breaking point.
  3. Cook the potatoes and eggs and let them cool. Then peel them and cut them into slices.
  4. Cut the peppers into strips (remove the seeds), the tomatoes and onion into slices and chop the parsley or coriander
  5. Assembling the salad in layers, suggested sequence: potato, egg, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, tomato and fish
  6. With each layer, add a thread of olive oil and finish with olives and green smell. salt to taste
