- Recipe
- Stuffing: Gray shrimp, medium to large and cleaned with tail400 g
- Squeezed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)
- Dough: Desalted, cooked and shredded Codfish500 g
- Boiled and squeezed asterix potato700 g
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Preparing the stuffing: Heat a frying pan with olive oil, fry the prawns little by little, until they turn red, place in a container and set aside
- Preparation of the dough: In a bowl, mix the cod, the squeezed potato and the parsley
- Store in the fridge until chilled
- Model the dough by making a small ball with your hands and flattening it into a disk shape.
- Place the shrimp in the middle and wrap with the dough, leaving the tail out.
- Fry in hot oil until golden
- Ready!!
