  • Boiled and mashed asterix potato400 g

  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying1 l
  1. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic and set aside to cool.
  2. Once this stir-fry is cold, add it to all the other ingredients and taste to see if you need to add salt.
  3. Shape the dumplings with the help of 2 tablespoons and fry in oil heated to 170 degrees until golden.
