  • Cod (unsalted and flaked)500 g
  • Red bell pepper (chopped)50 g
  • Yellow bell pepper (chopped)50 g
  • Green bell pepper (chopped)50 g
  • Red onion (chopped)100 g
  • Black Olives150 g
  • Garlic (crushed)2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sausage and chives to taste
  • Potatoes, sliced and boiled (large)4 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour cream (sauce)1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese (sauce)200 g
  • Milk (sauce)300 ml
  • Grated cheese (sauce)100 g
  1. In a pan put the oil and let it heat up, then put the onion and garlic, stir and let it wither.
  2. Add the peppers, cod, olives, parsley, chives, black pepper and a pinch of salt if necessary, stir well and sauté for 3 minutes and set aside.
  3. SAUCE: Place the milk, cream, cottage cheese and grated cheese in a blender, beat for 2 minutes, set aside.
  4. MOUNTING: In a refractory place the potato slices and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Add a little of the sauce, put the sautéed cod and the rest of the sauce.
  6. Add slices of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with oregano or thyme, bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.
