  • Seafood | 300 g
  • Onion | 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato | 2 tablespoon
  • Pepper | 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander | 2 tablespoon
  • Color | 1 dessert spoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • coconut milk | 4 cup
  • oil | 2 tablespoon


  1. Wash the clams well and place in a pan.
  2. Cut the ones with more ingredients and add them to the pan next to the shellfish.
  3. Sauté the clams and stir them until they start to stick to the pan, then add the coconut milk.
  4. Cover and let cook for approximately 40 minutes.
