- Fresh shelled shrimp500 kg
- Water200 ml
- Clean the fish and let it season 40 minutes before cooking.
- To season the fish, we will use salt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, black pepper and cumin, everything to your taste, stir well and let it rest.
- Then we will season the shrimp (I use gray shrimp without shell) clean and put salt, lemon juice and crushed garlic (I reserve too)
- Slice the peppers, onion, tomato
- In a pan, put the palm oil, let it warm up, put the onion, peppers and tomato, Saute for 3 minutes.
- Put, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, paprika and sauté and put 100 ml of water for the seasoning to cook for approximately 10 minutes
- After this time, add the fish pieces over the sauce.
- Don't move, just arrange them all in the pans, add half the coconut milk, minced green smell and cover the pan and let it cook for 4 minutes
- Open the pan, add the rest of the water, cover the coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes (don't stir so you don't break the fish slices)
- Place the seasoned shrimp on top of the steaks, cook for 3 minutes, turn off and leave to smother. And finish with minced green smell
