  • Cooked rice2 cup
  • Cubed white fish fillet200 g
  • Peeled shrimp200 g
  • Mashed potatoes1 cup
  • Cassava cream1 cup
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic clove2 unit(s)
  • Chopped red pepper1 unit(s)
  • Carrot in cubes1 unit(s)
  • Sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste to taste
  • Chives to decorate1 unit(s)
  1. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the onion, garlic, pepper and carrot until they are soft.
  2. Add the fish and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until the seafood is cooked.
  3. Add the cooked rice, mashed potatoes and cassava cream, mixing well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  4. Let cook for a few more minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve Chinese rice with seafood garnished with chopped chives and accompanied by cooked vegetables or salad.
