- Cooked rice2 cup
- Cubed white fish fillet200 g
- Peeled shrimp200 g
- Mashed potatoes1 cup
- Cassava cream1 cup
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic clove2 unit(s)
- Chopped red pepper1 unit(s)
- Carrot in cubes1 unit(s)
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste
- Chives to decorate1 unit(s)
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the onion, garlic, pepper and carrot until they are soft.
- Add the fish and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until the seafood is cooked.
- Add the cooked rice, mashed potatoes and cassava cream, mixing well to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Let cook for a few more minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Serve Chinese rice with seafood garnished with chopped chives and accompanied by cooked vegetables or salad.
