- Salmon1 kg
- Cherry tomato150 g
- Leek100 g
- Sicilian lemon2 unit(s)
- Pink salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Place the salmon piece in a plastic-lined ovenproof dish, season with the juice of a Sicilian lemon, black pepper and pink salt
- Slice the leek and place on top along with the cherry tomato.
- Finish with another sliced Sicilian lemon, sprigs of rosemary and a drizzle of generous olive oil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes
