Cut the tilapia fillets into cubes of approximately 2 cm. Reserve.
Cut the onion in half and slice into half moons.
Finely chop the pepper and coriander.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the juice of 6 lemons, use a sieve to prevent the seeds and pomace from falling.
Mix everything and cover with plastic wrap in contact. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
To serve, remove from broth and serve immediately.
Note: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
