Ingredients

  • Dogfish | 1 kg
  • Garlic (cloves) | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Smoked paprika |  to taste
  • Colorau |  to taste
  • Orange | 2 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 3 unit(s)
  • Onion (large) | 2 unit(s)
  • Pepper (green, red and yellow 1 each) | 1 unit(s)
  • coconut milk | 200 ml
  • Palm oil | 100 ml
  • Water | 200 ml

Recipe

  1. Season the fish with garlic, salt, paprika, cumin, paprika, orange juice and set aside.
  2. In a large pan put a little oil and distribute the already seasoned dogfish on the bottom.
  3. On top of the fish, distribute the tomato, onion and peppers cut into slices.
  4. Add the coconut milk, palm oil and water and bring to a simmer until the fish is cooked.
  5. Serve with coconut rice and vatapá.
