  • Tilapia fillet | 1 kg
  • Lemon |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Cornmeal | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1 l


  1. Season the fillets with salt, lemon and black pepper. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, place the cornmeal and wheat flour and mix well.
  3. Put the oil to heat.
  4. Coat the fillets in the flour-cornmeal mixture and fry in hot oil until golden.
