Ingredients

  • Tilapia | 1 kg
  • Egg | 2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs | 1 cup
  • Seasonings | 0 to taste
  • Lemon juice | 2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Cut the tilapia fillet into smaller size and marinate in lemon.
  2. After 2min season them (I used garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika and seasoning)
  3. Beat the eggs and place the wheat flour, flour and breadcrumbs in separate pieces.
  4. Take the seasoned tilapia pass it in wheat flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs until you finish the fish
  5. Put the oil in a pan, put it on the fire and let it get hot.
  6. When it is very hot, put the tilapia to fry (the point is when it is golden on both sides)
