  • Fillet of Sole500 g
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour1/2 cup
  • Cornmeal1/2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Add the fish fillets to a bowl, season with garlic, lemon and salt, mix well and set aside.
  2. In a plate add the two eggs, a pinch of salt, beat with a fork.
  3. In another container add the wheat flour, cornmeal, a pinch of salt and mix.
  4. Then pass the fish in the egg and flour, repeat the process with all the fillets.
  5. After breading them, just fry them in very hot oil, it gets very crispy.
