- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Oil for deep frying300 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Season the manjubinhas with salt, pepper and coriander.
- Dip the fish in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil well in a pan.
- Place the manjubinhas so that they are submerged in the oil.
- When they are golden, just remove and drain on a plate with paper towel.
- Add lemon juice and help yourself!
