  • Manjubinha1 kg
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Oil for deep frying300 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  1. Season the manjubinhas with salt, pepper and coriander.
  2. Dip the fish in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil well in a pan.
  4. Place the manjubinhas so that they are submerged in the oil.
  5. When they are golden, just remove and drain on a plate with paper towel.
  6. Add lemon juice and help yourself!
