  • Hake fillet500 g
  • Minced garlic2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs100 g
  • Oil1/2 l
  1. Wash and treat the hake fillets
  2. Cut into small pieces
  3. Place in a bowl and season with garlic, salt, cumin and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the oil in a frying pan and let it heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Take the egg and put it in a bowl and mix for 2 minutes.
  6. Dip the fillets in the egg and breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry in oil until golden, drain on paper towels and serve.
