- Cumin1 teaspoon

- Breadcrumbs100 g
- Oil1/2 l
- Wash and treat the hake fillets
- Cut into small pieces
- Place in a bowl and season with garlic, salt, cumin and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Put the oil in a frying pan and let it heat for 5 minutes.
- Take the egg and put it in a bowl and mix for 2 minutes.
- Dip the fillets in the egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil until golden, drain on paper towels and serve.
