- Recipe
- Fish of your choice (we use Papa Terra)1 kg
- Orange1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour400 g
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Pickled Cucumber3 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise250 g
- In this recipe, fresh fish were used and with that, I had to clean each one well.
- After cleaning, place them in a container and make scratches on the skin of the fish to absorb more seasonings.
- Add squeezed lemon and orange, rosemary and salt to taste and let it rest for at least 20 minutes
- In another container, add the wheat flour and a pinch of salt
- Then put one fish at a time in the flour. Bread it well and put flour on all sides of the fish.
- In a frying pan with very hot oil, add one fish at a time and let it fry until golden.
- For the tartar sauce, chop the pickled cucumber, carrot and parsley on a cutting board and place them in a bowl.
- Then add the squeezed lemon, mayonnaise (of your choice) and mix well.
