  • Potatoes600 g
  • Coconut milk1 l
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Shrimp cleaned and peeled400 g
  • Shrimp stock500 ml
  • Coriander1/2 cup
  • Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Palm oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan add the baroa potatoes and cover with shrimp broth let it cook for 20 minutes until they are soft.
  2. In the blender add the boiled potatoes with a little of the broth and the coconut milk, beat everything until it becomes a smooth cream.
  3. In a pan, add the palm oil and saute the onion and then the garlic, add the pepper, fingers of a girl will cut into brunoise (small cubes) and add the prawns, saute for 3 minutes
  4. Add the cream of potato with coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes. Finish with chopped cilantro and hit the salt.
  5. Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
