  • Clean shrimp100 g
  • Clean squid in rings100 g
  • Octopus tentacle100 g
  • Mussel100 g
  • White wine1 cup
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Black Spaghetti400 g
  1. In a pan, heat oil and add the chopped garlic, when it starts to brown, put all the seafood. Saute everything! Add 1 glass of white wine and let it reduce for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the cream and let it boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  4. Arrange the pasta in a deep dish, cover with the sauce and seafood, drizzle with olive oil.
