Ingredients
- Anchovy fillet | 300 g
- Shrimp peeled and cleaned | 100 g
- Fresh Sliced Mushrooms | 1/3 cup
- Capers | 2 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter | 2 tablespoon
- Sea Salt | to taste
- Squeezed lemon | 1/2 unit(s)
- Ground black pepper | to taste
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Season the fish with salt, lemon and pepper and grill in a skillet greased with olive oil. Reserve.
- In the same skillet grill the prawns seasoning with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Then also grill the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Add the butter to the skillet and when it is hot, add the capers and mix.
- Return the prawns and mushrooms to the pan, mix and add salt if necessary.
- Cover the fish with the sauce and serve in then.
