  • Anchovy fillet | 300 g
  • Shrimp peeled and cleaned | 100 g
  • Fresh Sliced Mushrooms | 1/3 cup
  • Capers | 2 tablespoon
  • Unsalted butter | 2 tablespoon
  • Sea Salt |  to taste
  • Squeezed lemon | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Ground black pepper |  to taste
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon


  1. Season the fish with salt, lemon and pepper and grill in a skillet greased with olive oil. Reserve.
  2. In the same skillet grill the prawns seasoning with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Then also grill the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  4. Add the butter to the skillet and when it is hot, add the capers and mix.
  5. Return the prawns and mushrooms to the pan, mix and add salt if necessary.
  6. Cover the fish with the sauce and serve in then.
