  • Fish fillet or fish baits150 g
  • Lettuce2 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes1/2 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Light Mayonnaise1 dessert spoon
  • Curry to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
  1. Season the fillets or fish fillets with salt and pepper. Dip in 1 beaten egg and then dip in a mixture of almond flour and parmesan.
  2. Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and grill the fillets on both sides.
  3. Boil 1 egg for 10 minutes. Peel, cut into cubes and season with salt, curry and paprika. Add 1 spoon of light mayonnaise and mix.
  4. In a bowl, accommodate the washed and coarsely chopped lettuce leaves. Spread the tomatoes and accommodate the fish in the center.
  5. Distribute them around!
  6. It is light, light, nutritious and delicious. Enjoy!
