- Lemon (juice)3 pint
- Sliced medium red onion1 unit(s)
- Chili pepper, chopped without seeds1 to taste
- Chopped coriander1 to taste
- Slice of sliced pineapple1 unit(s)

- 1. Cut the fish into cubes. 2. Place the fish in a glass bowl and add the juices of the 3 lemons. 3. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate. 4. Remove the fish from the refrigerator and drain the excess lemon juice. 5. Mix the seasonings with the fish and let it rest for another 30 minutes, to get the taste. Fish is a light, tasty protein option that can be used in different types of recipes. Baked fish, fried fish with banana and fish and chips: breaded fish with fries are some delicious options.
