- Alaska Salmon Slices2 kg
- Extra virgin olive oil6 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice1 cup
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Boiled Potatoes6 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil for seasoning the potato to taste
- In a bowl place the salmon and season with olive oil, lemon, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Let it marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes
- Cut the boiled potatoes into strips and season with olive oil, salt and ground black pepper.
- In a large rectangular shape place the salmon steaks
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 for about 20 minutes
- Remove the foil and add the potatoes in strips
- Bake for another 10 minutes to brown the potato.
- Finish with the green smell and Sicilian lemon zest to taste.
