Baked Salmon with Easy Potatoes

  • Potato250 g
  • Salmon fillet1/2 kg
  • Olive oil1/4 teaspoon
  • Melted butter2 tablespoon
  • Juicy lemon1/2 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rosemary green smell to taste
  • Mustard to taste
  1. Cut the potatoes into slices Take to cook in boiling water, until they are soft. Reserve.
  2. Clean the salmon and do not remove the skin. If your salmon is very thick, more than 2 fingers thick, turn it with the skin facing up and with the help of a knife, make 3-4 cuts vertically in the width direction so that the seasoning can penetrate
  3. Season the fillet with salt to taste, black pepper to taste, with lemon juice and, if desired, add mustard. Rub the seasoning all over the fillet well.
  4. Forge a roast with aluminum paper, accommodate the fillet and around, distribute the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil and butter to make them even more crispy and juicy, and finish with fresh rosemary or thyme.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes for medium-rare salmon, or between 20-25 minutes for medium-rare salmon. Decorate to your liking! I put green smell
