- Salmon (filet or fillet)1 kg
- Orange2 unit(s)
- Lemon (Sicilian or Tahitian)1 unit(s)
- Large Onion2 unit(s)
- Fresh or dried rosemary to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a container add the salmon and add salt and rosemary (to taste)
- Then add a squeezed lemon and orange and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a baking dish, make a bed of onion (cut it into rings a little more than a finger thick), add a drizzle of olive oil and the marinated fish
- Also, add on top of the fish, orange slices
- Take it in a preheated oven and leave for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the power of your oven and according to your preference.
- Accompanying suggestions: mashed potatoes, caponata and a good wine (white, rosé or sparkling wine)
