  • Small green bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • tomato1 unit(s)
  • Small onion2 unit(s)
  • Seasoning Mix to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Oil to taste
  1. Clean the whole fish and remove all the scales
  2. Make cuts on the surface of the whole fish with a space of 1.5cm between the cuts.
  3. Cut one of the onions into thick slices and set aside
  4. Cut the bell pepper and tomato into slices and set aside
  5. Mix the seasoning mix (Lemon Pepper, red pepper, cumin, salt, Bahian seasoning, spicy paprika and saffron) with the lemon and mix well
  6. Pass the seasoning mix over the fish, and filling each cut, do it on both sides.
  7. Place the stuffing (peppers, tomatoes, chopped onions and seasoning mixture) inside the fish.
  8. Set aside for about 15 to 20 minutes to get seasoning.
  9. In a form, put a thread of oil and add the onions in slices at the bottom
  10. Place the fish on top of the onion and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  11. In the preheated oven, at 180°c, place the baking sheet with the fish and wait about 30 minutes.
  12. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and remove the foil and put it back in the oven until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
