- Sardine fish. to taste

- Olive oil. to taste
- Clean the fish, removing the scales and spines. And then squeeze a lemon.
- Put in a pot, the garlic, salt, basil and love them all until they become a single seasoning. Then pass the fish putting a little soy sauce. (Let the seasoning set for 10 minutes).
- Place the fish in a greased shape with butter or margarine.
- Add the oil on top of the fish, take it to the oven preheated to 180°C and leave it until golden (approximately 15-20 minutes).
- Enjoy your food!
