  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce (sachet) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Oil1 dessert spoon
  • Potato (small)1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn/peas1 can(s)
  • Mustard3 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the potatoes into slices and cook for about 5 minutes, after coIda, place in a refractory and set aside
  2. Make a sauce with the onion, potato, tomato and pepper, add salt and chimichurri to taste if you have more seasoning to your liking you can add
  3. After the sauce is ready, place a little on top of the first layer that was potato.
  4. On top of the sauce place the fish fillets next to each other and on top of the fish another layer of sauce.
  5. In a blender, beat the cream with the corn and peas and the mustard until creamy.
  6. Pour this cream over the fish in case the last layer was sauce then put the cream on top
  7. If you want a cheese, you can garnish it with slices of pepper. Place in the oven to bake for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 280°C.
  8. And this delicious fish is ready that accompanied by rice and salad is top. Good appetite!!
