- Chimichurri to taste

- Cut the potatoes into slices and cook for about 5 minutes, after coIda, place in a refractory and set aside
- Make a sauce with the onion, potato, tomato and pepper, add salt and chimichurri to taste if you have more seasoning to your liking you can add
- After the sauce is ready, place a little on top of the first layer that was potato.
- On top of the sauce place the fish fillets next to each other and on top of the fish another layer of sauce.
- In a blender, beat the cream with the corn and peas and the mustard until creamy.
- Pour this cream over the fish in case the last layer was sauce then put the cream on top
- If you want a cheese, you can garnish it with slices of pepper. Place in the oven to bake for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 280°C.
- And this delicious fish is ready that accompanied by rice and salad is top. Good appetite!!
