- Season the fish with coarse salt on all areas of the meat and on the inside. Soon after, add a vinaigrette with the above seasonings and stuff the inside of the fish.
- To take it to the oven, wrap the fish in the banana straw, making a light layer and then wrap it with aluminum foil.
- Heat the oven to a temperature of 160° for 10 min and then place the fish in the oven. Always check the juiciness of the fish by looking at it with a fork. When the fork penetrates the fish and it doesn't stick, it's ready. Serve in a glass refractory and enjoy.
