  • Cod in chips, desalted800 g
  • medium potatoes500 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)

  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Cherry Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Palm150 g
  • Olives150 g
  • Garlic to taste
  1. In a pan with water, cook the cod for 15 minutes, then drain the water and set aside.
  2. In another pan, add the olive oil and the crushed garlic and let it brown, then add the cod, salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices and cook for 5 minutes so that it bakes faster in the oven and remains tender. Drain the water and reserve
  4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  5. In a refractory greased with olive oil, place the potatoes on the bottom and sides, then pour the reinforced cod, place the peppers well distributed, the cherry tomatoes, the boiled eggs cut into slices,
  6. Add the green smell to taste, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes.
  7. After that time, remove the laminated paper, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil all over the cod and let it finish roasting for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and add the olives and hearts of palm to finish the decoration.
