"Fish stew"

Em uma panela de barro refogue, em azeite,  todos os legumes com exceção do tomate fatiado e dedo de moça; 

Quando bem suados e quase dourados, reserve 1/3 dessa mistura; 
Aos 2/3 q ficaram na panela , acrescente 1 litro e meio de leite de coco, talo do coentro , talo da salsa, cozinhe até reduzir pela metade; 
Bata no liquidificador e reserve;

O ideal é ter o peixe cortado em 8 pedaços; 
Cubra o peixe com : 
Tomate ervas restantes, dedo de moça picada e restante do leite de coco; 
Deixe cozinhar em fogo alto até o creme borbulhar pelas beiradas e o peixe atingir o ponto; 
Finalize com Tabasco e um fio do azeite de dendê .

Sirva com arroz, pirao (vide dica)  e farofa amarela! 

Serve with rice, pirao (see tip) and yellow farofa!
