  • Ricotta200 g
  • Grated Parmesan1 cup
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
  2. Slice the zucchinis using a knife or mandolin. Sprinkle with salt, wait 10 minutes for them to transpire and then dry the droplets with a paper towel.
  3. mix the ricotta cream and parmesan.
  4. to assemble the ravioli, use two slices arranged as a cross. Fill the center with about 1 level tablespoon of the cream cheese and then seal the ends as if in an envelope.
  5. on a platter, arrange the ravioli and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve next with roasted tomatoes (recipe in feed)
